Timothy Scott Dalbow was born in Richardson, Texas, raised in Fort Collins, Colorado, and moved to Portland, Oregon 12 years ago to attend Pacific Northwest College of Art. His work is a testament to the continuing relevance of painting and abstraction in contemporary art dialogues. Most recently, his work has been highlighted in the January 2007 edition of Dwell magazine.
